We supply all the cleaning supplies, unless the customer expresses a desire to use a specific product for a certain task. If the customer has the product available, we have no problem using their product of choice.
Staff
I normally work alone as most contracts we do are able be serviced alone, however if we are required to supply more staff due to the size of the contract or amount of times a week the job is required we are able to supply more staff this will be discussed when quoting the job.
Payment for Services
Commercial customers are billed on a monthly basis, and a company check, or bank deposits are acceptable for forms of payment. details will be supplied on your first invoice
Cancellations
End our service - As there are no contracts you are able to cancel our services. Please give at least 24 hrs notice via phone prefferd
Postpone our service - We understand that occasionally "things happen" without warning to disrupt your normal schedule. In that event, contact us and we will reschedule your appointmen.
Refunds
Cleaning is a very personalized service and sometimes it’s very difficult to quantify the end result. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on a completed cleaning service.
Our policy, of course, is to do the job properly and thoroughly up front. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with some aspect of our service, please call us within 24 hours, and we will return free of charge to correct the problem.
Employee Safety
Our employees are a big part of our success, and we want to keep them safe and healthy. Therefore, if you would like us to clean behind a major appliance or a large piece of furniture (refrigerator, range, breakfront, curio cabinet, etc.,.) please have it moved far enough from the wall to allow us to clean the desired area.
